We are interested in speaking with experienced practitioners (minimum HNC Childhood Practice at SCQF Level 7 or SVQ Social Services Children and Young People at SCQF Level 7) who are looking for hours ranging from 25 – 40 hours per week, spread over five days. The salary and number of contracted hours is negotiable dependent upon level of experience.

Our ideal candidate would have excellent interpersonal skills, a creative mind, an excellent understanding of safeguarding, a clear understanding and knowledge of SHANARRI, GIRFEC, Realising the Ambition and CFE Documents, and the ability to use their own initiative and work as part of a team.

We are particularly looking for someone who:

shares our commitment to helping children thrive and obtain the best start in life through the provision of a variety of experiences and learning opportunities which are suitable for their age and stage of development; and
is passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, stimulating, and caring environment for children, and supporting children’s participation in a variety of indoor and outdoor play experiences, including sports, the arts, and regular excursions.
Membership of the Protection of Vulnerable Groups Scheme will be essential on taking up appointment along with SSSC Registration.
